Display issues on 575

Since I bought my 575, I have had display issues with the app on my Galaxy Note 10. Part of the display is clipped and I cannot get it corrected. No other apps do this. Traeger said it is probably due to Verizon. That makes no sense. After the last update, the temperature section is much improved and is useful. But I keep getting 0:0 in the timer. But all is still clipped. Any idea what android settings might help?

I only use the APP to remote the temp up or down but that's the way it's always looked on my phone, A20

That weird, I have a galaxy 20 mine doesn't do that.

Edit: mine is an S10plus not 20.

DUDE, that is weird, it like they got the font setup wrong.

On your phone,, go to setting, go to accessibility, go to visibility enhancements, go to fonts and style. Slide slider clear to the left.

That should fix the problem.

Edit: This is on the S10 plus.

I'm not an Android guy but I agree that reducing system font size should help.

It did, I duplicated what theirs was doing.

Kevin, your problem is solved, unless you are like me and can't read the rest of the phone in smaller font.

That did it. Thank you so much. I did not think it was the app. Verizon was pretty useless I have a Note 10 which is pretty identical in most things. I really like my Galaxy phone. Afraid to look at S20 coming out. But I don't use much of the Note 10 capabilities either. Thanks again
