Has anyone modified an older Traeger by putting in the D2 wi-fi control?

Something like this would be an easier & less expensive option. You'd need to replace almost everything in the grill to get a WiFire controller working in it. And you'd have to modify or customize a lot to make everything fit. It'd be cheaper to buy a new grill.
