Customer Service is a JOKE!!!!!!!!!

I now have a grill that is totally worthless versus the time when I purchased it. Traeger customer service is horrific - the first guy hung up on me and the second guy has no clue on what to do - these updates Traeger provides is absolutely worthless as this update has caused my machine to malfunction again like the one you did at Thanksgiving 2022 - which resulted in me exchanging for another grill with Costco since you all could not fix it after 2 months. I am not waiting around again as I need a grill and it is summer time - and TRAEGER cannot be trusted!!!!!!!!!

Tell Traeger how you feel by doing a grill review for your model at traeger.com. You could also try emailing them at [email protected] or even writing them an old school letter to corporate headquarters.

You got the grill at Costco, I'm sure they'll still take it back.

And I agree with you, their 3rd party customer service is useless.
