Hi Everyone,
I’m new to the forum but have been smoking on Traeger grills for several years. Believe it or not, I have never smoked food for a party not at my home. We are going to my parents tomorrow with my immediate family and I am planning to smoke 5 slabs of baby back ribs. We have to be there at 2:00. My question is, if I finish the cook at 1:30, will it be ok to put the slabs in a cooler until we eat them around 5:00? Should I put them back on a grill for a few minutes to heat them up right before we eat or will they be ok? Any insight into traveling with cooked food is greatly appreciated. Thanks and Happy 4th to all!
