Last night was my first time cooking Chicken Thighs on the Traeger and I was surprised how good they turned out. I was looking through the Traeger app ended up following a recipe in one of the comments.

Lightly brushed oil over the chicken.
I covered the chicken with Traeger Chicken Rub (Citrus and Black Pepper)

I cooked the chicken at 375 for about 45 minutes flipping half way through.

Love thighs on a Traeger, mostly when they were cut correctly from the store, but that dark meat is my FAV
Good job big guy

I do them all the time, but hotter and faster;

Oil and rub, rest for 1hr.

Using GrillGrates at 430F for 10min then flip
Check at 8min-10min for 165F minimum internal.

Thighs are forgiving, 165F-180F is OK. Always nice and juicy.

I have tried Meat Church, Traeger Chicken, Weber Cajun, garlic herb, Jack Daniel's, they are all great! My wife likes breasts with the green herb rubs, I like thighs with all the spicier red rubs!
