Center control button on Tailgater

I have trouble toggling between the different displays (smoker temp, probe temp and powering it off).

One time it took me over an HOUR to acknowledge I was trying to power it OFF… thus I lost one hour of pellets

What is wrong with my control button?

If the grill is still under warranty, contact Traeger.

If it is out of warranty, you might need to replace the contact switch, or perhaps even the entire controller. I hope it does not come to that. If you can access the contact switch, you might be able to clean the contacts with contact cleaner.
