Attached photos showed what happened to my Junior overnight... After it was smoking back thru the auger into box, I had shut it down using shutdown cycle on newly installed controller. Obviously, it continued to smolder overnight, burning it's way into the pellet box and up thru pellets. Big cleanup this morning...
Perhaps there's a very careful procedure for utilizing this new "probe controller"? Is it a no-no to momentarily (1-2mins) turn control to "shutdown cycle", then turning it back on to previous temp (325deg) when discovering insufficiently cooked food?
