Do you brine whole chickens? Just curious. I always brine turkeys and turkey breasts, but have never done so with a chicken. Just curious what say you?
 
I do when hosting a party or something where I’m looking to impress. I use the Briner bucket and their brine if it’s available. It’s so simple and easy. No boiling or anything. I think it’s equally important to buy a free range product. Around here they are 3 times the price so I only do it occasionally, but it’s night and day. Worth it if you are trying to impress. Better flavor and far less useless fat. Good luck and enjoy.
