First stab at making beef jerky and kiddo and wife aprroved..approved.. 24hr in the good stuff and 5hr smoke at 165f

Looks good. Do you mind sharing your recipe for the marinate. I have only done jerky one time which came out good. I placed mine right on the grill instead of hanging on skewers. what kind of meat?16oz of pineapple juice
16oz of soy
4 table spoons of pepper
5 table spoons of cayenne pepper
4 table spoons of garlic powder
2 table spoons of onion powder
I will add jalapeños next time for more heat
