Barrel swap

Howdy from a Florida native where everyone is moving here these days
Been cooking on my Traeger 34 series for the last 7 years and added a PRO 22 within the last year. I’m currently swapping out barrels on my old 34 due to grease stains and rust and plan on going through all the parts before I fire it up..Currently painting a few parts and have a question on the folding shelf and has rusted out and needs to be sanded and painted. Could I use my orbital sander on this shelf and what type of sand paper grit would be good…Has anyone added casters wheels to their PRO SERIES??

Has anyone had any success adding front caster wheels to a Pro 575? I have a bad shoulder and have a hell of a time picking up the front end to roll it where it needs to go. My old Lil Tex Elite came with front casters. I can’t believe for the price of this thing it doesn’t come with them.

Thread 'Caster wheels for Pro Series 22'

Recently purchased a Pro Series 22 and love it except for one thing. Our old Lil' Tex Elite 22 had wheels on all four corners and was very easy to move around. This thing is a beast to move - in fact my wife can't even do it and it's not easy for me. I notice the Pro 34 has the same large wheels at the one end and casters on the other. Would it be possible to change out the fixed legs on the 22 with the caster legs from a 34? The legs at the other end are the same part number on both models so it seems like it should be a an easy swap out.
