Assembled the grill when we got it and had to rebuild one of the latches as it was all bent up. The next item was when we went to prime the unit, the auger would not turn. There are no pellets jamming the auger and the auger did not turn when pellet container was empty. The unit was received through an online charity auction. This is very disappointing considering the price.
