Bought the woodridge basic model on sunday and smoke some chicken and wings that same day i put it together. It worked fine. Went to smoke some ribs on monday and as soon as i tried to preheat, the auger would turn for a second or two then stop and display ERR 13. I can use the prime function by holding the knob and the fire/shutdown button together and the auger spins fine. Traeger tech support had me make sure all of the connections were connected, which they were. put it all back together and it worked fine. i didn't cook anything that day. tried to cook ribs the today (3 days after buying it) and it did the same thing, ERR 13. Spoke to a supervisor and got on video chat to demonstrate everything and they are going to consult with the engineering team and get back to me tomorrow.

Not a great experience for a first time Traeger owner. Very disappointed. I will update when i hear back.

In the above link they apparently did a software update to correct the issue.
Odd that they weren't able to do the same for yours. Hopefully it is the same resolution and it's not a widespread issue with this model.

You wouldn't think it should take that long to do. Have you tried power cycling your grill? Unplug it from the wall for a few minutes and then plug it back in and turn it on. Force a new connection through your router and their server.
I wouldn't think it was take more than 24 hours for them to process that. With them seeming to push this update to select grills, and not a mass update for all owners, maybe it's in beta still.
Hope you get your issue resolved soon. Maybe another call to support to see if they have initiated the update process?

I just tried to do the initial fire, seasoning setup and got the same error. Will be reaching out for firmware update.
Very frustrating as I was set to do a "grill off", comparing ribs on my Traeger Woodridge Pro vs. Extra large Big Green Egg. Guess we'll be doing them solely on the Egg, which never malfunctions.
