That is not bad at all... lower your SET temp by 5° and it'll go down 5°... Traeger is not an oven

You should also be aware, your Traeger does NOT record accurate internal temps.
The RTD probe in your 575 is minimal and should only be used as a guide, a real time accurate read of your internal grill temp should come from a 3rd party probe. These forums are FULL of this info, just surf for 10 min and you will see.
