I purchased a replacement hot rod and fire pot combo from Traeger. I can't find anywhere regarding the procedure just for the 575 Pro. I don't want to take apart more than I have to, i.e. removing the pellets or unnecessary covers. I was getting failed to ignite messages. I did shoot the hot rod tip with an infrared temp gun and it registered around 300 degrees. I've been manually starting the burning process with a torch and that works but a hassle.

Thank you for the quick response. The AI video for the Pro 575 hot tube replacement you posted for me was basically useless. I removed the fire pot/hot tube and could not pull the hot tube wires out far enough to reach the plug. I'm sure there's tie wraps holding these wires in place. This is my issue with finding a procedure to replace the hot tube and disconnecting it at the approximate plug located about 12 inches from the hot tube. I need to know if I need to remove any panels to locate and free the wires and after installation pull back the hot tube wires and secure them. Thanks for any help. At this time I'm using a torch to ignite the pellets which works well.
