My birthday steaks. Completely forgot I had grill grates for my weber gasser. They fit my new traeger pro 575 I made lemon pepper chicken and 2 ribeyes and 3 hockey puckets for my wife. So gave a run.
Smoked for the 1st hour then cranked it up to 475 to finish it off
