The company Meat! makes excellent equipment and they are currently running a Father's Day sale on many items:
I would like to highlight their line of chamber vacuum sealers. In particular, I just ordered their smallest one which is now $600 (usually $700):
I have an external sealer, but the problem with that is sealing the cooked meats with their juices. The only way to effectively do this is to first freeze it and then seal it and I never liked doing that. The chamber vacuum sealers will even seal a bag of water! The downside to chamber sealers is that you are limited by the chamber size so you may not be able to fit a whole brisket into this chamber sealer (though Meat! has larger ones which are also on sale). I am perfectly happy to cut up larger meat cuts into smaller dinner size portions before sealing.
