“Reminder to clean grease trap”…..? On display..

I am guessing that this is just a formality, a friendly reminder, but how the hell do you get rid of it? I have cleaned, hoovered, wiped down and yet it still comes up on my display……help required please…

You can clean alerts from the controller menu. Go to settings and then notifications.

I clean my grill when I think it needs cleaning, not when the controller tells me its time to do it. If I do a long cook, I will clean the grill after the cook. If I am doing short cooks, I clean every few cooks. If I am getting ready to do a long cook, I will clean the grill before starting that extended cook. I used to clear the notifications after cleaning the grill, but that is just an extra step to the process that I find adds no value, so I no longer bother.
